All private yoga sessions are self-directed in that the client decides what we practice that session. I will ask you how you are feeling emotionally, about your health in general and specifics, and then work to help you in general overall health, mobility, strength, flexibility, posture, walking and/or in combination with stress, injury, rehabilitation, illness or pregnancy.
Quite often clients as me to help them deal with co-workers, family, situations that are challenging during their yoga sessions. State of mind is often helped with meditation, calming and through specific asanas (exercises). The more we move our bodies the more we are able to deal with life.
