Come and explore the art of prenatal yoga; asnasa (postures), breath work, vocal toning and meditation. Designed for women in all stages of pregnancy, prenatal yoga helps develop and maintain the strength, flexibility, and internal awareness needed for labour and the birth of your baby.
Cilica is an intuitive yoga instructor who guides “mums to be” through their physical changes as the baby grows, in balancing emotional/hormonal changes and in alleviating common discomforts of pregnancy, including back pain, swelling, and fatigue with humour and a warm, open heart.
Prenatal yoga helps release tension and ground you, as you move through the joys and challenges of pregnancy.
Please wear comfortable clothes and eat lightly one hour before. All expecting mothers at any trimester are encouraged to come.
